As the head of creative at Pax8, I oversaw an incredibly talented team of copywriters, designers, and motion graphics animators. This team was responsible for our .com, campaigns, event creative, internal branding initiatives, and a whole lot of awesome merchandise. I worked across several departments to define processes and prioritize projects, and got hands on with foundational brand strategy and oversight of creative across regions, like EMEA and APAC, where local nuance often required variation in brand language, color palette, and imagery.
