You may know ADP as The Payroll Company, but in their 70 year history they’ve done so much more to anticipate and design the future of work. So we set out to reintroduce ADP as a brand with a purpose, helping them continue to design better ways to work.

Working closely with our brand partners, we developed an entirely new brand framework, including purpose, personality, and brand story. We then translated this high-level framework into actionable brand expressions which came to life across ADP’s communications landscape, leading to an 18.6% brand perception lift.
