After the rebrand for ADP, we began working with a startup division within the company. We worked closely with our client partners to understand the world of Human Capital Management, its many shortcomings, and their new, tech-driven approach to eliminating those pain points. We created an origin story, brand narratives, presentations, sales materials, industry event activations – all geared towards an audience that lived and breathed Human Capital Management (HCM).

But then we had a new challenge: how do you explain this technology and its benefits to a tech-savvy, blissfully HCM ignorant audience at Fast Company’s Innovation Festival? The answer was an interactive, 3D printed puzzle that demonstrated the power of teams while illustrating how teams of teams come together in the work place.
